AI holds immense potential for changing the way business is done-unlocking new insights, knowledge, experiences, and potential. Organizations are keen to make the most of AI and already have big ambitions for their rollouts. Over the next 12 months, 94% of organizations plan to increase their AI budget1 to accelerate the pace of deployment.
Despite this high investment, however, the bulk of organizations are still in the planning or initial application phase of their AI journey-and are using AI more for operational efficiency than business growth. Making the transition from pilot to production, and reaching the business growth end goal, is complex. Adoption is often hindered by concerns around:
- Data leakage and management
- New risks to reputation, customer experience, and business growth through improper use
- A lack of specialized skills and experience
- Not delivering ROI
To overcome these barriers, organizations need to be able to rapidly iterate on AI pilots while mitigating risks, empower data scientists and developers to innovate faster, partner with experts on prioritizing the right use cases for business value, and scale as demand within the enterprise grows.
