Clutch has introduced a new AI Visibility Dashboard aimed at helping B2B agencies understand how they appear in AI-generated search results across platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity AI, and Gemini.

Developed in partnership with Conductor, the tool combines Clutch’s B2B marketplace data with AI monitoring to provide agencies with visibility insights tied to how AI systems recommend service providers. The launch reflects a growing shift in discovery, where agencies are no longer competing only for search rankings, but for inclusion in AI-generated answers.

Tracking Visibility in AI-Driven Discovery

The dashboard introduces an AI Visibility Score, which evaluates how often an agency appears in responses to real-world buyer queries across multiple AI platforms. Agencies can also benchmark their performance against competitors, with access to rankings, percentiles, and category-level comparisons.

Clutch says the tool also provides actionable recommendations, such as improving profile completeness, collecting verified reviews, and achieving Clutch Verified status. According to the company, verified profiles receive significantly higher AI citation rates compared to standard listings.

The AI Visibility Dashboard is available at no cost to all agencies listed on Clutch and can be accessed through the platform’s vendor dashboard.
