Intentsify Appoints CISO and General Counsel to Strengthen Security and Privacy Leadership

Intentsify has appointed Joe Procaccini as Chief Information Security Officer and Robyn Tas as General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer, strengthening its leadership team across security, compliance, and legal strategy.

The appointments come as the company expands its B2B intent data and signal-based go-to-market solutions, enters new markets, and supports more complex enterprise customer requirements.

Focus on Security, Compliance and Data Governance

Procaccini joined Intentsify in 2023 and brings more than 20 years of experience across IT management, risk, infrastructure, data security, and compliance. His background includes work aligned with GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. In his expanded role, he will lead security programs designed to protect Intentsify’s data and infrastructure as the company scales.

Tas brings more than 15 years of in-house legal experience across product, commercial, privacy, and technology law. Her work has included structuring SaaS agreements, technology partnerships, data-driven services, and privacy and AI governance frameworks.

As General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer, Tas will support legal strategy across product design, data use, go-to-market execution, and partnerships.

Intentsify CEO and co-founder Marc Laplante said the appointments reflect the company’s focus on trust as a foundation for growth. He noted that security, privacy, and legal strategy are increasingly central to how the company works with customers and partners.

The leadership additions signal Intentsify’s continued investment in governance and enterprise readiness as demand for data-driven B2B marketing solutions grows.
