Marketbridge has acquired Channel99 and launched AI Visibility, a platform connecting B2B AI search visibility with marketing performance and pipeline.
Marketbridge has acquired Channel99, adding B2B marketing measurement and attribution technology to its growing services and technology portfolio.
Channel99 will continue operating under its existing name, while founder Chris Golec will remain CEO and report to Marketbridge CEO Bob Ray.
Alongside the acquisition, Marketbridge and Channel99 launched AI Visibility, a new offering designed to measure how B2B brands and products appear in AI-generated answers.
The platform analyzes brand visibility, compares performance with competitors and identifies actions that could improve representation across AI-driven discovery.
Channel99’s existing technology connects digital marketing activity at the account level with sales opportunities and pipeline. That allows Marketbridge to compare AI search performance with channels such as media, content and other digital campaigns using broader marketing and revenue metrics.
The combined offering also brings together Channel99’s visibility analysis and attribution capabilities with Marketbridge services across content, web, media, PR and marketing strategy.
Marketbridge says the acquisition supports its broader push toward a technology-enabled B2B services model, combining proprietary software and data with consulting and marketing execution.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
