Mastercard Partners With Ripple, Solana and Circle on B2B Transfers

Mastercard has launched a Crypto Partner Program to bring together crypto companies, payment providers and financial institutions around practical digital asset use cases.

The program includes participants such as Ripple, Solana, Circle, Binance, Gemini, Paxos, PayPal and Polygon, with a focus on cross-border remittances, B2B transfers, payouts and settlement infrastructure.

Digital Assets Move Into Payment Rails

Mastercard said digital assets are moving from parallel financial systems into real-world payment use cases, often operating behind the scenes.

The program is designed to create a collaboration framework for blockchain builders, stablecoin issuers, on- and off-ramp providers, crypto card enablers, payment firms and financial institutions.

For Mastercard, the goal is to connect digital asset infrastructure with its global payments network, which operates across more than 200 countries and territories.

The move also builds on Mastercard’s broader stablecoin strategy. The company has been expanding settlement capabilities to include regulated stablecoins such as Circle’s USDC, Paxos-issued stablecoins, Ripple’s RLUSD and SoFiUSD.

For companies like Ripple, Solana and Circle, participation offers a route to connect on-chain infrastructure with trusted payment rails.

The wider signal is clear: blockchain payments are moving from crypto-native experiments toward enterprise payment use cases.

For B2B teams, the most relevant opportunities sit in cross-border settlement, global payouts and business transfers, where speed, transparency and liquidity remain persistent pain points.
