Snapchat and HubSpot launch an integration that syncs lead ad data into CRM pipelines and sends conversion events back to Snap.
Snapchat has launched a new HubSpot integration that lets advertisers send leads from Snapchat Native Lead Forms directly into HubSpot CRM.
The integration removes the need for manual exports, spreadsheets or custom development. Leads collected through Snapchat forms can flow into HubSpot contacts, lists and sales pipelines in real time.
The integration also sends conversion events from HubSpot back to Snapchat through Conversions API.
That means advertisers can measure what happens after a form is submitted, including lead qualification, purchases, subscriptions or closed deals. This gives campaign teams a clearer view of performance beyond form fills and cost per lead.
Snapchat said the update is designed to help advertisers connect ad engagement with pipeline outcomes and improve return-on-ad-spend measurement.
HubSpot’s App Marketplace listing says the integration maps Snapchat lead form fields into HubSpot properties and attaches campaign, ad and ad-set attribution to each record.
The launch gives Snapchat a stronger performance marketing pitch, especially for brands using longer sales cycles, consultations, trials or quote-based buying journeys.
For advertisers already using HubSpot, the integration creates a more direct path from Snapchat lead capture to sales follow-up and campaign optimization.
