Actall Welcomes Steven Manifold as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer

Actall Corporation has appointed Steven Manifold as its Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, signaling a more structured push toward scalable growth.

In this newly created role, Manifold will partner closely with Actall’s leadership team to refine the company’s market positioning, strengthen its go-to-market strategy, and build a more disciplined demand generation engine across both established and emerging markets.

Manifold brings more than 25 years of experience in B2B marketing leadership. His background includes senior roles at IBM and Pegasystems, as well as serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Ubisense. He is also the founder of Tayona Digital and the creator of the planning platform B2B Planr.

Beyond his executive roles, Manifold contributes regularly to CMSWire, where he writes on revenue operations, marketing technology, and strategic branding. He also serves as a judge for the publication’s IMPACT Awards.

Commenting on the appointment, Manifold highlighted Actall’s strong foundation in high-security environments where precision and reliability are essential. His focus will be on translating that value into clear market narratives and building repeatable programs that drive consistent demand.

Actall CEO and Founder Bob Hampe noted that Manifold’s blend of strategic vision and execution rigor aligns with the company’s current growth phase. As Actall continues to evolve its platform and expand into new markets, the addition of a fractional CMO is expected to bring sharper positioning and a more structured approach to capturing emerging opportunities.
